Categories
Six launch markers. Each board ranks by best validated result. Tap a category to see the full marker definition and current rankings.
Heart age
Echo, Cardiac MRI, ECG, BNP / NT-proBNP — vs chronological age.
🧴Skin age
Visia scores left + right images. Raw counts required for >9-yr reduction.
💪Strength
26 lifts + tests. 10-rep max for compound lifts; best result for the rest.
💇Hair age
Two boards: total hair density & grey-hair percentage. 4K video required.
🌿Symptom-free days
Consecutive symptom-free days, validated by daily log + optional wearable data.
🧠HRV / Autonomic
Heart rate variability as ANS proxy. Whoop or Oura 3-month average accepted.
How it works

Send your data + your full protocol (PDF or DOC) to oliver@20one.consulting. Self, clinician, or third-party submissions accepted.
Verify
Each entry is reviewed and tiered Bronze → Silver → Gold based on verification depth.
Publish
With your consent, your anonymised data + protocol are published so others can learn and replicate.
Protocols are mandatory — no exceptions
Every submission must include the protocol you used: interventions, dosing, frequency, duration, lifestyle context. We want both what worked and what didn't — including protocols you think made your results worse than you wanted them to be.
The whole point of these leaderboards is to crowd-source real-world protocols so others can learn from your wins and avoid your dead ends. Submissions without a protocol cannot be ranked.
Verification tiers
3rd-party verified
Independent lab or clinician confirms data. Protocol audited. Identity verified (you can still display anonymously).
Self + protocol + lab report
Original lab/test report attached. Full written protocol provided. Reviewed for plausibility.
Self-reported
Self-attested numbers with brief protocol. Lowest tier — useful for trend signal only.
Submit your data
All submissions are by email. You can be listed anonymously. Third parties (clinicians, family, friends) may submit on someone's behalf with their consent.

Include in your email
- Category — Heart age / Skin age / Strength / Hair age / Symptom-free days / HRV (autonomic)
- Display name — or write "Anonymous"
- Age (chronological) and gender
- Body weight in kg (required for Strength)
- Result / metric value — see the category page for exact format
- Test method / device — e.g. Visia (left + right raw counts), Zolman Echo, NT-proBNP, 10-rep max load
- Date of test
- Submission type — self / clinician / 3rd party (with consent)
- Protocol (required) — what you did that you think helped your result, and / or made your result worse than you wanted. Be specific: interventions, dosing, frequency, duration, lifestyle.
- Attach: protocol document (PDF or DOC) — required
- Attach: lab / test report (PDF or image) — recommended for Silver/Gold tier
- Consent line: "I consent to my anonymised data and protocol being published so others can learn."
- Accuracy line: "I confirm the data is accurate and I am authorised to submit it."
No protocol = cannot be ranked. We review every submission and reply within ~7 days.
