Approved markers

Submit any of the following. Multiple markers + longer windows strengthen your tier.

  • Whoop — 3-month average HRVRMSSD-derived nightly HRV averaged over 90 days. Submit screenshot or CSV export.
  • Oura — 3-month average HRVRMSSD-derived nightly HRV averaged over 90 days. Submit screenshot or CSV export.
  • 5-min resting HRV (clinical)Standardised 5-minute supine ECG-derived HRV. Submit lab/clinic report.
  • 24-hour Holter HRVTime- and frequency-domain metrics from a 24-hour Holter recording.
Required with every submission: the device used (Whoop, Oura, Polar H10, Apple Watch, clinical Holter, etc.), the measurement window (e.g. 90-day average), and the full protocol you used. What did you do that you think helped your result — and/or made your result worse than you wanted? Sleep, training, breathwork, cold/heat, supplements, alcohol, stress management. Attach as PDF or DOC.
