How it's measured
Submit a daily log covering the streak (date-stamped, ideally same-day entries). Wearable corroboration (sleep, HRV, resting HR, activity) strengthens your tier. Define which symptoms you tracked and the threshold for a "symptom-free" day.
Required with every submission: the full protocol you used. What did you do that you think helped your result — and/or made your result worse than you wanted? Diet, sleep, exercise, supplements, stress management, environment. Attach as PDF or DOC.
