What we know — and what we don't.
Extreme longevity medicine is a bleeding-edge experimental field. Honest scientific rigour requires saying so out loud.
What we work strictly from: peer-reviewed clinical guidelines (EAS, AHA, NICE, USPSTF, ACG, ASCO and equivalents), randomised controlled trials, meta-analyses, large prospective cohorts, validated biomarkers, and established interventions with known benefit:risk profiles in defined populations.
What is still genuinely experimental: whole-body biological-age measurement (per-organ clocks are early-stage and undergoing peer review), most age-reversal interventions (efficacy, optimal dosing, long-term safety still being characterised), aspirational targets like dramatic healthspan extension, and many off-label, peptide, gene-therapy or combination protocols popular in longevity culture.
Our job is to be transparent about which side of that line any given recommendation sits on, give an honest probability of benefit and harm, and never sell certainty we don't have. If we don't know, we'll say so.
