Longevity advisory support for your doctor.
Educational review and specialist input for discussion with your own licensed clinician.
Dr Oliver Zolman provides structured longevity education and evidence-review support for individuals who are already under the care of a licensed doctor. This service is designed to help your own doctor better understand your health goals, available data, risk factors, and relevant longevity science.
Who this is for
This service may be suitable if you:
- Have a licensed doctor or clinic willing to receive and review an educational advisory report — or wish to be introduced to an independent licensed clinician through our network, subject to availability and suitability
- Want a structured review of your health history, biomarkers, imaging, wearable data, and longevity goals
- Want help understanding relevant scientific and clinical concepts to discuss with your own doctor
- Are looking for an evidence-informed framework for future conversations with your local clinician
- Understand that any testing, treatment, prescribing, referrals, or follow-up care must be decided by your own doctor
This service is not suitable for urgent, emergency, diagnostic, prescribing, or treatment needs.
How the process works
Nominate your licensed doctor
Before booking, you will be asked to provide details of your own licensed doctor or clinic.
- Your doctor must be willing to receive and review the advisory report.
- They remain responsible for deciding whether any information is relevant, appropriate, safe, or actionable for you.
Submit background information
You may be asked to provide relevant background materials, such as:
- Medical history; current medications and supplements; previous doctors' letters.
- Blood, urine, genetic, imaging, or other test results.
- Wearable, fitness, sleep, or device data; health goals and questions for discussion.
- Please only provide documents that you are comfortable sharing and that you have the right to share.
Structured educational session
You will have a structured online educational session with Dr Zolman.
- Clarify your history, understand your goals, and explain relevant longevity concepts.
- Identify topics that may be useful for your own doctor to consider.
- The session is not a medical consultation, and you should not use it as a substitute for seeing your own doctor.
Advisory report for your doctor
Following the session, Dr Zolman prepares an educational advisory report addressed to your nominated licensed clinician.
- Relevant background you provided; longevity-related risk areas; educational discussion points.
- Scientific rationale for selected areas of interest; questions your doctor may wish to consider.
- Potential categories of testing, monitoring, referral, or intervention for your doctor to assess.
- The report does not instruct you to start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, investigation, treatment, or lifestyle intervention.
Review with your own clinician
You should review the report with your own licensed doctor. Your doctor is responsible for deciding what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
- All assessment, diagnosis, testing, treatment, prescribing, and referral.
- Monitoring, safety checks, follow-up, and medical record keeping.

Important role of your own doctor
- Assessing your individual circumstances
- Confirming whether information in the report is relevant to you
- Deciding whether any testing or intervention is appropriate
- Considering contraindications, risks, local standards, and local laws
- Prescribing or supervising any treatment
- Arranging follow-up and monitoring, and maintaining your medical record
Availability
- This service may be available to clients in selected jurisdictions where it is appropriate to provide educational advisory support.
- Because healthcare regulation varies by country, state, and region, we may not be able to provide the service in all locations.
- We may also require confirmation that your nominated doctor is appropriately licensed and willing to review the report.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee that the service can be provided.
The advisory report is provided to support discussion with your doctor, not to replace their judgment.
Need a licensed clinician to review the report?
You may use your own licensed doctor or clinic. Where appropriate, and subject to availability, location, and suitability, we may be able to introduce you to an independent licensed clinician from our global network who can review the advisory report with you.
- Any clinician introduced through the network acts independently and is responsible for their own clinical assessment, advice, decisions, prescribing, monitoring, follow-up, and medical records.
- Availability depends on your location, the clinician's licensing position, the nature of your request, and whether the clinician considers the review appropriate.
- We cannot guarantee that a network clinician will be available or suitable for every client.
Results
What clients say
Came in with years of bloodwork he'd never been properly explained. Left with a clear protocol - his doctor admitted they hadn't been following the latest longevity guidelines.
Even as a doctor myself, Oliver educated me on protocols my training hadn't covered. The report gave my own GP a framework they hadn't seen before.
Detailed, evidence-referenced, and personalised. Shared it with my cardiologist who described it as "genuinely useful."
I now use the framework from my session to guide my own clients. The education is as valuable as the protocol itself.
Came in expecting general advice. My doctor changed two of my prescriptions after reading the report - they hadn't been following the current evidence base.
I've spent tens of thousands at longevity clinics. Nothing I received there matched the depth or personalisation of Dr Zolman's consultation.
Had extensive recent bloodwork. Oliver educated my doctor on three markers they'd been misinterpreting - within a week they updated my entire monitoring protocol.
The global referral network Dr Zolman has built is exceptional - specialist access that took one email rather than months of searching.
Young enough to feel fine, old enough to know prevention matters. Dr Zolman gave me a 20-year roadmap, not just a to-do list.
