Stage 1 symptoms: firm round painless sores on penis, scrotum, on/around anus, vulva, vagina, cervix, or mouth (including lips, tongue, tonsils, fingers, pubic area) that can go unnoticed;

Stage 2 symptoms: non-itchy rash on chest, back, stomach, palms, or soles; painful sores or white patches in mouth, throat, vagina, or anus; greyish-white wart-like growths in genital, underarm, or anal areas;

Systemic symptoms that your doctor thinks may be due to syphilis: fevers, swollen lymph glands, sore throat, alopecia, headaches, weight loss, muscle aches
